Job summary

LaBella's Environmental Construction Department seeks a Remediation Project Manager for our Lancaster, NY office to lead remediation and investigation projects, including excavations, treatment systems, and related field work.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive experience, a strong track record in project and client management, excellent communication, and a NYS driver's license with a clean record; 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required; some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant project management experience.
• Track record in project management, business development and client management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• NYS driver’s license with clean record; 40-hour HAZWOPER training; OSHA/DOT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule and budget for remediation tasks and field work.
• Oversee staff to ensure work stays within scope and budget.
• Prepare client and regulatory correspondence and project reports.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders; some travel for field visits.
• Coordinate with safety and quality staff to meet standards.
• Support business development and client development.
