Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, with relocation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, brokers, and design teams to develop occupancy plans maximizing space efficiency.
• Analyze space utilization data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reductions.
• Conduct space planning and utilization assessments to determine space requirements and allocations.
• Develop and maintain space utilization metrics and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate move management processes to minimize operational disruption.
• Serve as main client contact, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Support office build-outs and renovations with efficient space utilization.
• Stay updated on relocation planning trends and incorporate innovative approaches.
