Job summary

The candidate will manage complex relocations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to policies, and drive delivery excellence for high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex relocation projects (1,000+ people).
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Experience with CAFM and move management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Relocation Project Managers and Move Coordinators; supervise day-to-day activities.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, construction and vendors to deliver relocations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
