Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Relocation Project Manager to coordinate relocation projects for diverse clients. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, support post-move evaluation, and liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless relocation experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in project management within related industries, strong relocation knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in related industries.
• Strong knowledge of relocation best practices, including space planning, furniture procurement, and IT setup.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand relocation needs and objectives.
• Develop and execute relocation project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Plan and manage relocations up to 500 people and expenses up to 100K.
• Input data into Corrigo and Asana to maintain project information.
• Coordinate all stages from planning to post-move evaluation.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for a seamless relocation experience.
• Conduct site visits to assess facilities and identify issues or opportunities.
• Manage logistics like space planning, furniture procurement, IT setup, and equipment installations.
