Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–5 years direct sales experience desirable.
• Moving/relocation industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business through referrals, networking, and research.
• Meet or exceed appointment goals and sales quotas.
• Deliver professional presentations to referring partners and groups.
• Conduct virtual surveys and on-site visits to residences.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and information for customers.
• Set clear expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to track activity and improve closing ratios.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
