Caring Transitions Of Rochester, MN is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Rochester and surrounding cities. You will prospect and qualify leads, bridging marketing and sales to expand our senior relocation services.

The role emphasizes building referral partnerships, managing an active pipeline, and representing the company at local events. A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience with CRM software (will train)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Proactively generate new business through networking with real estate agents, senior living communities, estate attorneys, professional organizers, and other referral partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to drive lead flow and brand awareness in the senior services market.
• Schedule and conduct in-person appointments, office visits, and presentations with potential referral partners.
• Represent Caring Transitions professionally at local networking events and trade shows to expand market reach.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers in the senior care and relocation space to educate them on our value proposition.
• Collaborate with move management and sales teams to ensure seamless communication between referrals and fulfillment.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM or tracking systems.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and follow-through in meeting sales and outreach goals.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitors in senior relocation, estate sales, downsizing, and home clear-out services.
• Champion the Caring Transitions mission with empathy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
• Contact and qualify leads, prospect new sales leads, prepare them for the Account Executive, and connect with as many leads as possible.
• Manage current accounts by staying in close contact, creating brand awareness, and coordinating meetings between clients and Account Executives.
• Customer support by answering calls and emails, identifying issues and suggesting new products or services.
