Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking an International Inside Sales Consultant to generate revenue for international household goods moves. You will conduct virtual pre-move surveys, craft pricing proposals, educate customers on relocation requirements, and convert opportunities into booked business.

You will be the primary contact during the sales process, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and clear understanding of services, regulations, and documentation for worldwide moves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales, inside sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in international relocation, move management, or logistics preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and booking goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound international relocation opportunities.
• Conduct virtual household goods surveys using approved platforms.
• Prepare and present international moving estimates and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing within approved parameters and meet booking goals.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with customers.
