Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support day-to-day operations at the Jackson, TN location after relocation. You will uphold Cane’s standards, lead hourly crewmembers, manage payroll/onboarding, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to relocate. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules; manages performance and coaching.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards and safety procedures.
