Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Relocation Project Manager to lead relocation projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with Occupancy Planners and a range of suppliers to ensure moves meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong MS Project and Excel skills, basic AutoCAD, and travel as needed. Join JLL to deliver efficient space solutions and contribute to portfolio planning across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Architecture, Design, or Construction Management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Basic AutoCAD skills and ability to perform test-fits and area calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all relocation activities on account projects in line with client and JLL policies.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients; provide updates on scope, schedule and budget; lead meetings.
• Develop migration plans, block plans, and relocation move plans/budgets with managers.
• Coordinate and manage supporting suppliers and vendors via RFPs, bidding, and vendor selection.
• Conduct space audits and maintain occupancy data within the CAFM system.
• Determine pricing for non-baseline work requests and prepare project status reports and quotes.
• Coordinate move logistics, including signage, scheduling, onsite presence, move orientations, and post-move resolution.
