Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires coordinating budgets, schedules, and design phases while maintaining strong client relations and vendor management.

You will guide the design and construction process, manage multiple projects, and ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and time targets; remote work options with Huntsville, AL focus, salary 87k–127k USD per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing objectives.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria for JLL and client needs.
• Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and client/vendor communication.
• Develop detailed budgets based on historical and market data and defined assumptions.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the project.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure on-time completion across multiple projects.
• Prepare RFPs and manage contractor/vendor selection processes.
• Facilitate critical project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
