Job summary

JLL seeks a Lead Relocation Project Manager (P4) in New York to supervise a small team and drive large-scale relocation projects. You will manage project delivery, schedules, and budgets while overseeing 3 Relocation Project Managers and Move Coordinators.

You will coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors, ensure quality, coach staff, and maintain client relationships to deliver high-value relocations on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of facility, project, or construction experience in a corporate CRE environment.
• Prior supervisory or people management experience required.
• Experience managing large relocation projects (1,000+ people).
• Background in project management, construction management, or strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision (40-50%): Oversee 3 Relocation Project Managers/Move Coordinators, assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality.
• Project Management & Execution (30-40%): Direct delivery of relocations for 1,000–5,000+ people, develop plans and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management (10-15%): Lead client meetings, communicate status, ensure client satisfaction.
• Budget & Financial Oversight (10-15%): Monitor budgets, approve invoices, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Administrative & Operational Management: maintain documentation, reporting, and policy adherence.
• Strategic Contribution (5-10%): support business development and service improvements.
