Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation to train with top brokers and build a rewarding book of business.

You will receive six months of direct training, earn a minimum of $55,000 in the first year, with base salary, sign-on bonus, housing allowance, and uncapped commission that can push six figures after a few years. Military veterans are encouraged to apply; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiating prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
