Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is offering a Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati with paid relocation from Auburn, AL. You will receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives and then build a book of business in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

The role features base salary, a sign-on bonus, housing allowance, and uncapped commission with six-figure earnings potential after three years. Bachelor’s degree required; military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs and locating carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Help manage daily operations and participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling; build a book of business.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
