Responsibilities

• Receive structured training from veteran Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist in solving customer needs and securing carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold-calling.
• Build and expand your book of business with new customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
