Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with relocation paid to train alongside top brokers. After training, you may relocate again to one of 65+ offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive locate carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues.
