Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join our Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation from your current location. You’ll receive six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and work toward uncapped commissions and six-figure earnings as you build your book of business.

As you compete daily in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you’ll develop negotiation skills, close new customers, and advance through a structured leadership track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willing to relocate to Cincinnati, OH.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and secure carriers.
• Build your book by meeting sales metrics and closing new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers; resolve freight issues.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
