Sirva seeks a Relocation Operations Training Specialist to own the design, development, and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training for relocation operations and client accounts. You will create training materials, support change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.

The role emphasizes high attention to detail, project management, and delivering high-quality client-facing communications and presentations across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and improve training programs for consultants, CXO teams, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and client collateral.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and training activities for new processes.
• Lead lessons learned reviews and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to boost learner engagement and efficiency.
