Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Relocation Operations Training Specialist in the United States to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for global operations and strategic client accounts.

The role collaborates with Account Management, Operations, Learning & Development to ensure readiness and adoption of new processes across diverse teams. Responsibilities include creating training materials, client-facing collateral, and governance of training programs while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to deliver highly accurate, polished, and professional work products.
• Strong organizational skills and project coordination with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to anticipate dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts of operational changes.
• High level of accountability and ownership for deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Sirva operations and client accounts.
• Create high-quality training materials, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for consultants and stakeholders; deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys and performance trends, maintain training calendars.
• Support governance of training documentation and change implementation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and learning platforms to improve engagement and efficiency.
