Job summary

Sirva in the United States is seeking a Relocation Operations Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and improve training programs and change management initiatives across global teams.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Operations, Learning & Development, and client stakeholders to ensure readiness, adoption of new processes, and consistent execution while maintaining high-quality materials and client-facing collateral.

• Strong organizational skills and project coordination with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to anticipate dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts of operational changes.
• High level of accountability and ownership for deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Enablement: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for consultants, CXO teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, participant feedback, and operational performance trends.
• Maintain training calendars and ensure timely delivery of required learning programs.
