Job summary

Sirva Relocation is seeking a Moving Operations Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for moving operations. You will act as the primary contact for the agent network and third‑party services, ensuring systems compliance and providing allocation recommendations to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, process accuracy, and collaboration with IT to enhance systems and experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or business diploma or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and strong communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the agent network and 3rd party services.
• Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance.
• Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and 3rd party costs.
• Document all interaction with agents and relocation (Relo).
• Work with IT on system enhancements and ensure overall customer experience.

Job description

The primary objective of the Moving Operations Specialist is to serve as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation. Responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for the agent network and 3rd party services and ensuring systems compliance. The Moving Operations Specialist will provide allocation recommendations to further drive quality and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service (both internal and external)

• Manage escalations
• Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance
• Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and 3rd party costs.
• Acts as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation
• Work with other members of the team to ensure the best experience for our customers.
• Works with It on system enhancements
• Document all interaction with agents and Relo

• Associate’s degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)

Salary Information

• Position Title: Moving Operations Specialist
• Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 USD
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or non full-time employees
