Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Moving Operations Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation. You will act as the main point of contact for the agent network and third-party services, coordinating relocation services and ensuring processes run smoothly.

You will provide allocation recommendations to optimize quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction, and work with team members to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and their relocating personnel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Domestic Household Goods background preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Act as Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation.
• Primary point of contact for the agent network and 3rd party services.
• Provide allocation recommendations to drive quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform system audits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with team to enhance customer experience.
