Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
• One or more years of experience in the relocation or real estate industry (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact successfully with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends as required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Referral Management: Manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals from intake through resolution, ensuring systematic lead flow and database accuracy.
• Agent Assignment: Review, prioritize, route, and assign leads based on customer needs, coverage requirements, and business guidelines.
• Data Entry: Complete any necessary entry related to the referral and improve processes using technology.
• Transaction management: Coordinate and monitor real estate transactions.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with Web Lead Directors and support stakeholders.
• Monitoring/Follow up: Track all communications, manage information, and follow up on open items across systems.
• Issue Resolution: Address concerns promptly and take corrective action.
• Contract Management: Ensure milestone data accuracy and generate necessary documents.
• Closing Coordination: Share all closing-related information with parties.
• Data Integrity: Audit and resolve discrepancies across systems.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead activity and performance.
