Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric environment with administrative responsibilities.
• One or more years in relocation or real estate is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end web-generated real estate leads and referrals with timely assignment and data accuracy.
• Review, prioritize, route, and assign leads to qualified agents based on guidelines.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and generate reports on activity and performance.
• Coordinate closing information and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Support agents, customers, and internal stakeholders with timely communication and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology/AI tools to increase efficiency.
