Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking a Relocation Specialist focused on CB Realty Web Lead operations.

You will manage web-generated real estate leads and referrals end-to-end, ensuring timely assignment, data accuracy, and exceptional service for agents, customers, and business partners. You will coordinate with Web Lead Directors, monitor lead activity, and drive process improvements using technology and AI tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
• One or more years of experience in relocation or real estate industry (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact successfully with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends as required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Referral Management: Manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals from intake through resolution.
• Agent Assignment: Review, prioritize, route, and assign leads based on needs and guidelines.
• Data Entry: Complete entry related to referrals and improve processes with technology/AI tools.
• Transaction management: Oversee transaction-related steps and documentation.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with Web Lead Directors and stakeholders.
• Monitoring/Follow up: Track all communications, follow-ups, and data integrity across systems.
• Issue Resolution: Address concerns and take corrective action as needed.
• Contract Management: Ensure milestone data accuracy and generate necessary paperwork.
• Closing Coordination: Share all closing-related information with involved parties.
• Data Integrity: Audit and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze lead activity and performance reports.
