Responsibilities

• Referral management: manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals, including qualification/assignment of referrals.
• Agent assignment: review, route, and assign leads to the most qualified agents, monitor activity, resolve issues.
• Data entry: complete necessary entries and identify process improvements using technology and AI tools.
• Transaction management: oversee closing-related information handoffs and documentation.
• Communication: maintain regular updates with directors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitoring/follow up: track lead activity and data integrity across systems.
• Issue resolution: address concerns and take corrective action.
• Contract management: ensure data accuracy for milestones and pending sale data.
• Closing coordination: share all closing information with parties.
• Data integrity: audit and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
