Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
• 1+ year of experience in relocation or real estate (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Referral management: manage web leads and referrals from intake through resolution.
• Agent assignment: route referrals to the most qualified agent to assist customers.
• Data entry: complete necessary entry and improve processes using technology/AI tools.
• Transaction management: oversee related documents and milestones.
• Communication: maintain regular updates with Web Lead Directors and stakeholders.
• Monitoring/follow-up: track lead activity and ensure timely responses.
• Issue resolution: address concerns and take corrective action.
• Contract management: ensure milestone data accuracy and necessary documentation.
• Closing coordination: share all closing-related information with parties.
• Data integrity: audit and resolve reporting discrepancies across systems.
• Reporting: generate reports to monitor lead activity and performance.
