Qualifications

• Recent leadership experience within a luxury hotel or luxury lifestyle property.
• Five or more years of progressive luxury operations or Rooms Division leadership overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, and related functions.
• Demonstrated understanding of luxury service standards and discerning guest expectations.
• Proven success coaching and developing high-performing teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets, labor, forecasting, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Bell Services, and PBX.
• Foster a culture of exceptional hospitality, accountability, and service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop department leaders and front-line associates.
• Oversee departmental budgets, forecasting, labor management, scheduling, and productivity.
• Ensure room readiness, cleanliness standards, and quality assurance initiatives are consistently achieved.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction through proactive service recovery and continuous improvements.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve property goals and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and brand operating procedures.
