Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury seeks a Director of Housekeeping to lead all aspects of our premium housekeeping operation, ensuring pristine accommodations and unmatched five-star service. You will drive team leadership, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship across guest rooms, suites, residences, and public spaces.

The role partners with Front Office, Engineering, Spa, and F&B to deliver seamless service, maintain luxury standards, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or private clubs.
• 3+ years in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse housekeeping teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong financial management skills with budget creation and cost controls.
• Experience with Opera, HotSOS, or similar property management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations across guest rooms, suites, residences, and public spaces.
• Recruit, train, and retain top housekeeping talent.
• Drive five-star service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and cost controls.
• Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Spa, and F&B for seamless service.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
