This is a rare opportunity to lead a multi-outlet operation within a property celebrated for its museum-quality design, award-winning hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences.

The hotel features over 15,000 square feet of sophisticated event space and is currently undergoing a full-property renovation that will elevate every aspect of the guest experience. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the financial strategy and operational success of one of the region’s most iconic luxury hotels, ensuring profitability, fiscal integrity, and long-term growth throughout this transformative period.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for financial functions of the hotels, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, asset protection, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Endure adherence to General Accepted Accounting Principles and all the internal control policies, maintaining the utmost standard of accuracy and transparency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and hotel leadership, offering data driven insights and recommendations to support long term profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and review, and approve hotel expenditures, including sales, purchases, payroll, and department expenses, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to interpret financial data, identify trends and develop strategies to enhance departmental performance and overall revenue generation.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of hotel's annual budget, financial forecasts and business plans, ensuring alignment with the property's luxury positioning and brand standards.
  • Champion a culture of excellence with the finance team through effective leadership, professional development, and performance management.
  • Recruit, mentor and retain top financial talent, fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation, accuracy and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort Financial operations.
  • Proven financial success within a multi-unit environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
