• Proven success coaching and developing high-performing teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets, labor, forecasting, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Bell Services, and PBX.
• Foster a culture of exceptional hospitality, accountability, and service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop department leaders and front-line associates.
• Oversee departmental budgets, forecasting, labor management, scheduling, and productivity.
• Ensure room readiness, cleanliness standards, and quality assurance initiatives are consistently achieved.
• Partner with Engineering to maintain guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction through proactive service recovery and continuous improvements.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve property goals and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and brand operating procedures.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader with a proven background in luxury hospitality to oversee the property's Rooms-focused operations while driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an elevated guest experience.

This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional whose leadership experience has been built within luxury hotels or luxury lifestyle properties. Although titled Director of Operations, this role is intentionally focused on the Rooms Division, providing executive oversight of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Bell Services, and PBX while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional guest journey from arrival through departure.

The Ideal Background Includes
