Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates seeks an accomplished Assistant Hotel Manager for a confidential Forbes Five-Star luxury resort leadership role. You will oversee Rooms operations, guest experience, and service execution in a highly personalized environment, guiding a senior Rooms division and collaborating with F&B leadership.

The position requires on-site leadership, strong discipline in labor and budgeting, and a path toward General Manager with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Senior luxury hotel leadership experience, preferably in Forbes Five-Star environments.
• Strong Front Office leadership and guest experience focus.
• Ability to lead multiple Rooms disciplines and develop high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in luxury service standards and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office & Guest Services and Butler service.
• Drive service recovery and guest recognition.
• Manage Rooms labor, scheduling and departmental financials.
• Coach and develop department leaders.
• Collaborate with F&B and Culinary leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards.
