Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will design training materials and scenarios, and work with teams to develop workflow-based content as you help users transition to Epic.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed, and you will join a collaborative campus focused on quality care delivery and continual learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Design instructional content and develop training materials and scenarios.
