Job summary

Epic is based on a campus near Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. As a Trainer, you will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, while guiding staff through Epic transitions and helping them save lives.

You’ll design and deliver training materials and scenarios and work with teams to create workflow-based content. You’ll travel to client sites 25-60% of the time and relocate to the Madison area (reimbursed).

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance is preferred.
• Ability to travel 25-60% of working days with 2-4 day trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users as well as staff.
• Develop training materials and scenarios, and participate in instructional design from start to finish.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and tailor programs for partner organizations.
