Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. The role involves instructional design, creating training materials and scenarios, and collaborating with teams to deliver workflow-based content.

You will be the first contact for staff transitioning to Epic and helping them save lives. Position requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with relocation reimbursement, and travel 25–60% of working days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Previous education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated academic and professional success.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and staff.
• Develop training materials and scenarios; contribute to instructional design.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and training programs for organizations.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support training initiatives (25–60% of working days).
• Support software adoption and usability improvements through training projects.
