Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
- History of academic and professional success.
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with 1–2 trips monthly.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
- Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design to delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training content.
- Partner with organizations to design and implement training programs.
- Contribute to projects to improve Epic software usability.
