Epic is expanding its training team in Madison, WI. As a Trainer you'll lead in-person and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, while guiding staff through their Epic transition.

You will design training materials, develop scenarios, and collaborate with organizations to improve workflow usability. Strong presentation skills and a passion for teaching are essential; relocation is provided and you'll join a close-knit team committed to delivering life-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Develop training materials and realistic scenarios for Epic users.
• Design workflow-based training content in collaboration with client organizations.
• Partner with teams on projects to improve software usability.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users during training.
