Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will shape trainees' experiences as they transition to Epic and help develop training materials and scenarios from start to finish.

The role involves instructional design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to projects that improve software usability. Travel and relocation support are provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios; participate in the instructional design process.
• Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training content and improve Epic software usability.
