Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus just outside Madison, WI. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, and serve as the first point of contact for staff as they transition to Epic.

From instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios, you will shape user experiences and collaborate with organizations to improve workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and guide them through the transition to Epic.
• Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design to delivery.
• Collaborate with organizations to design workflow-based training content.
• Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
