Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store
• Staffing with service-oriented associates
• Performing customer sales and service
• Directing sales and cashier associates
• Training new hires
• Merchandising and policy compliance
• Answering customer inquiries via phone
• Setting promotional signage and other duties
• Enforcing company policies
• Learning and describing products
• Proposing add-on sales
• Managing merchandise from storage
• Organizing, restocking, and cleaning the sales floor
• Inventory control and loss prevention

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Basic organizational and math skills

Pay Scale: $21.42 - 21.90/hour depending on store location
