Responsibilities

1. Opening and closing the store
2. Staffing with service-oriented associates
3. Performing customer sales and service
4. Directing sales and cashier associates
5. Training new hires
6. Merchandising and policy compliance
7. Handling customer inquiries via phone
8. Setting promotional signage and other duties as assigned
9. Enforcing company policies
10. Learning and providing product descriptions
11. Proposing add-on sales
12. Managing merchandise storage and retrieval
13. Organizing, restocking, and cleaning the sales floor
14. Inventory control and loss prevention enforcement

Requirements

1. Must be 21 years of age or older
2. High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience
3. Basic organizational and math skills

5. Ability to lift light to moderate loads, with or without accommodation

Pay Scale

$18.15 - $21.90/hour depending on store location.
