Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager for Greater Paso Robles, CA and surrounding areas. This full-time role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising, accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and supporting on-premise accounts.

You will manage stock, install displays, coordinate promotions, and maintain accurate sales records, with a starting hourly rate of $24.76 and a structured raise after six months.

Competenze

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Mansioni

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and share by geography and provide a seamless experience in the absence of an Account Manager.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of-sale materials, and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Assist with revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point-of-sale materials.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the beverage section and maintain displays.
• Assist in vendor changes in chain store accounts and ensure product availability and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate sales records including promotional activity and space allocations.
• Ensure back stock is available for in-store stocking and merchandising.
