Job summary

KNAPP Group in the United States is seeking a maintenance professional to define and verify standards for configuration, monitoring and performance, and to lead RCA projects that reduce MTBF and MTTR. You will collaborate with customers and on-site teams to deliver reliable service and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include ensuring clear reports, conducting risk assessments, reading assembly drawings, and delivering cost-reduction initiatives while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Reliability concepts.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of machinery systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/German preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in reducing costs through process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and verify standards for configuration, monitoring, reliability and performance.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects and influence initiatives.
• Reduce MTBF and MTTR through improved outlier detection and RCA.
• Promote operational best practices to lower barriers to reliability improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and on-site teams for superior service.
• Interact with on-site management and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure reports are well written and legible.
