Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking a Software Engineer for the Reliability Platform team. You will design, build, and operate back-end services and pipelines focused on reliability, incident management, and proactive production changes.

Collaborate across Infrastructure and Product to deliver scalable, secure, and automated workflows. You’ll leverage agentic AI ideas to enhance tooling, improve SLO measurement, and drive continuous improvement in reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering.
• Fluent in Go or a similar language and able to design scalable services.
• Experience with AWS primitives, security best practices, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate software and infrastructure delivering on reliability platform goals.
• Own unification of incident management across DoorDash brands.
• Develop internal SRE agent workflows and data tooling to improve production reliability.
