Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Software Engineer for the Reliability Platform to design, build, and operate back-end services and data pipelines. You will work with cross-functional teams to unify incident management, measure SLO compliance, and develop agentic AI-enabled tooling that improves reliability across our brands.

You will contribute to scalable platform capabilities, automated workflows, and proactive production changes, shaping how engineers interact with production systems in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering role.
• Fluency in Go or a similar language and ability to design mission-critical services.
• Experience with cloud primitives, containerization, and IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Understanding of SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive unification of incident management process and tooling globally.
• Create the framework that measures SLO compliance across tens of thousands of endpoints.
• Build the internal SRE Agent used in incidents to support knowledge bases and runbooks.
• Set up MCP for agentic use of Reliability Platform data and enable other Core Infra teams.
