Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Reliability Business Unit Lead in Tonganoxie, Kansas to drive equipment uptime and efficiency across manufacturing shifts. The role analyzes real-time software analytics, troubleshoots root causes, and optimizes preventive maintenance schedules.

You will partner with the Maintenance Planner and other leads to plan time-based work orders and autonomous maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience or 3+ years with a technical degree.
• Proficient with office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google equivalents.
• Industrial equipment maintenance and root-cause analysis expertise.
• Electronic Maintenance Work Order System experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to guide maintenance decisions.
• Develop schedules for maintenance activities with team leads and planners.
• Coordinate PM execution and communicate progress to Operations.
• Manage SAP PM system; ensure work order integrity and update equipment records.
• Work with maintenance staff and engineers on root cause analysis for failures.
• Collaborate with parts/resources to ensure maintenance parts availability.
