Job summary

Our client is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead plant reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment. You will own equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, and capital project execution.

Drive uptime, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, and KPI-based improvements. Lead maintenance teams, promote safety, and coordinate with operations, quality, and engineering to raise overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 8+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or engineering
• Leadership experience supervising maintenance/engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of PM/PdM, CMMS, TPM, reliability best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead plant reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Implement and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Use reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop long-term solutions for recurring equipment and process issues.
• Provide leadership and development for maintenance personnel.
• Establish maintenance priorities, schedules, and resources.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Manage capital improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate activities to minimize disruption and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for equipment reliability and performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive TPM, reliability-centered maintenance and lean improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering and leadership to boost plant performance.
