Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer to join our team in the United States. In a high-speed, automated beverage environment, you will improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and implement reliable maintenance practices.

You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement to maximize OEE using RCMA, predictive maintenance, RCFA, and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in high-speed automated packaging, bottling, beverage manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience performing RCFA, FMEA, and reliability improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of RCM, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and asset management principles.
• Experience using CMMS systems, downtime analysis tools, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive sustainable operational improvements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25-40% as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term asset health strategies for critical manufacturing equipment.
• Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance programs across PBV facilities.
• Drive replication of corrective actions and maintenance best practices across sites.
• Support capital projects with reliability considerations; review equipment specs and designs.
• Lead RCFA investigations to identify true failure mechanisms and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to improve OEE.
