Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Reliability Execution Lead to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across manufacturing lines in a dynamic plant environment. You will drive uptime, coach technicians, and lead reliability initiatives to improve asset performance and safety.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Lean Six Sigma experience, and at least one year of maintenance exposure in a food or beverage facility. Strong leadership and PLC familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma experience with a major improvement project.
• Minimum 1 year of operations maintenance in manufacturing.
• Food or beverage industry experience preferred.
• Mechanical experience maintaining equipment and basic PLC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full equipment lifecycle including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead and coach teams, drive reliability improvements and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and costs.
• Implement reliability strategies for asset performance and life extension.
• Collaborate across functions to support plant performance.
