Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Operations Reliability Engineer to support engineering and maintenance functions across production facilities. The role focuses on process control, line renovations, and capital project execution to improve quality, throughput, and safety.

Responsibilities include designing and launching new processes, collaborating with OEM vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel may be required up to 15% to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering – Industrial or Electrical required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Process Controls Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in food processing, bottling and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
• Design, troubleshoot, and launch new products and processes from an engineering perspective.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• Oversee capital projects, cost control, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain technical drawings and documentation (P&IDs, ladder diagrams, wiring diagrams).
• Drive production line performance improvements using controls automation and CI methodologies.
