Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will ensure the reliable operation of all manufacturing lines, lead preventive maintenance programs, and manage a team for overhauls and rebuilds. You will drive cost efficiency and safety across the site while building technical capability.

The role emphasizes diagnostic tools use (vibration, oil analysis) and coaching to reduce repeat failures, with a strong focus on asset reliability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or maintenance preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated through completion of a major improvement project.
• 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required.
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated success in a results oriented, fast paced environment.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and reliability of all manufacturing lines and equipment.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and drive uptime.
• Coach teams in root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures.
• Implement reliability strategies to improve asset performance and life.
• Collaborate with plant line teams to drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely execution.
